Important note on the application of the 7-phase model
The 7-phase model is intended to support, not restrict. Such a system, which can be applied to many different programs and associated projects, cannot naturally depict every individual case in detail. Also, not every project runs exactly chronologically as described. Often different steps or even large parts of several phases take place in parallel, have to be looked at again at a later point in time or have already been clarified before the start. Therefore, consider this model and all the associated steps, tips and checklists as a guide, not as a corset for your very individual program.

Continuous development and regular reviews
A well-structured program depends on regular reviews. Schedule fixed review dates from the start to continually compare the experiences of the corporate influencers with the set goals and benchmarks: Is the program working as planned? What do those involved need at the respective points where they are currently? What has changed in the company, what in the environment, what in the conditions on the platforms used? This way you can recognize early on where adjustments are necessary and keep the project dynamic.

The feedback from corporate influencers is a valuable indicator bitcoin data of how practical and effective the program as a whole and its individual program components are. Use the feedback from the community to make targeted improvements, add topics or set new priorities. Regular feedback loops encourage those involved to identify with the program and keep motivation high.

You also need a plan for how the program will continue to grow: Will new participants be accepted regularly or on an ongoing basis? Or will all program components be made available to all company employees? There are many possible variants, all of which have their place - but not all of them are suitable for every company.

support, coaching and further training
No corporate influencer program will ever run completely on its own. Continuous support is required to ensure that those involved achieve their self-imposed goals and at the same time contribute to the common goals. Plan regular workshops and coaching sessions that take the individual needs of the participants into account.

Whether it's building a network, working on your personal communication strategy or using new formats creatively: training on such topics gives
