I try to ask them for explanations

I had a very bad time and they do not know how it is possible. Now when I get to Spain I get information and I see several possible errors; One of them is that iPhones must come from the distributor with a system that blocks data in roaming since this mobile is connected to the Internet all day long.

The second mistake I see is that according to a hong kong gambling data European regulation from February-March 2010, mobile phone companies must limit data consumption to 50 euros unless the customer indicates otherwise and I have never said that they should increase my consumption and I was unaware of this. My big problem is that when I get to Spain I call Movistar again and they tell me that if I want to continue using my mobile, I have to make a deposit of 1800 euros or wait for my invoice to be issued.

Common problems
The Problem: Even though you have data roaming activated on your Movistar SIM, your internet and calls don't work during your trip.

Solution: This error may occur because your SIM card has not yet reached the minimum 3 months of use for you to be able to use the roaming service or you have deactivated it directly with the operator. You must call Movistar at 1004 to have the service activated.

The problem: Your phone won't connect to the network abroad and you can't make or receive calls, nor can you use data.
