Customers expect brands to understand their needs and expectations. A great way to get to know your customers is to find out which social media platforms they use and how they interact with each other.

To start, find out which channels your audience prefers.

The best way to do this is to go directly to the source, whether it's Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other site.

But how can you find out which sites your audience is using? Start with a Google search.

By searching this way, Google will show you phone number in korea results only from the sites you include.

You can search in several places including "OR" among them.

So if you wanted to see what people are saying about Chipotle on Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, it would look like this:

Search Chipotle on Google
Tip : You can also use Semrush’s Market Explorer tool to learn more about your audience demographics.

Take some time to research your results and take notes. What positive things are people saying? What negative things? Is there a trend?

You can use this information to adjust your overall tone of voice, or even plan social content.

If your brand is new or you don't get many results this way, you can also search using your competitors' brands.

Take note of how your audience communicates with each other
Now that you know where your audience hangs out online, pay attention to how they communicate with each other and use their vocabulary as inspiration.
