Since the messages are service messages and are sent using a simple text template, what kind of design can we even talk about?

It is enough to give technical information to the client and forget about it. Right?

In fact, marketing would not be marketing if it did not seek opportunities to influence the target audience in every possible way.

No one forbids you to leave the technical basis, that is, a template with important service information for the client, and expand it a little for display:

Brand and logos – to increase recognition.
Call-to-action buttons and blocks (CTA blocks) – to go to your personal account or to an extended order tracking form, to manage a specific service, etc.
Menus and extended footers – to improve navigation iceland phone number data and provide quick links to various sections of the main site, to mobile applications.
Blocks with substitute products or related products (the approach can be used in order confirmation letters) – to stimulate additional sales.
Banners, images and animations with emotions corresponding to the subject of the letter - to create a positive image (ultimately increasing customer loyalty).
The use of the above techniques will help increase traffic to the main site, improve individual email campaign metrics (click-through rate, open rate), and will also help increase audience loyalty and overall brand awareness.

All the above tasks can be solved by using correctly designed HTML email templates.

A letter template is a ready-made email layout, within which you can use individual personalization elements and common content elements (header, footer, menu, descriptions, etc.).
