Contacts not only with candidates
TALENT DAYS: Finally, you mentioned the possibility of exchanging views with other experts. What are your experiences with establishing business contacts at fairs? Is this a indonesia phone number example n important aspect of the event for you?
Nicole Prywer: Of course, attending trade shows is a great place to network! This was especially important for me because before I started my adventure with Fresenius Medical Care EMEA GBS, I worked in another city. By talking to other exhibitors and suppliers, I gained valuable knowledge about the local market and we found a great supplier for our company sweatshirts. Our employees also have the opportunity to talk to people from other companies, learn about best practices and use this knowledge in their daily work.
