Work tasks

Alexandra: We work with Ira P., so we complete all tasks together.
Most often, our work is aimed at building communication with client developers, maintaining a database of current projects, finding orders for our graduates, university students, working with partners and supporting the Sandbox community.
Our regular tasks include developing designs for banners or publications.
Now we have also begun actively diving into uk email database neural networks to make the routine easier - for example, we can help the customer draw up a technical specification using ChatGPT.
And, of course, we are looking for new solutions for the development and optimization of the Career Center.
Irina P.: We also use neural networks to generate images for our channels. We like to use Leonardo.Ai for its accessibility and simple interface. We use ChatGPT for additional self-checking — in assessing the time it takes to complete an order or its cost.
To Alexandra’s words, I can add that we try to create a healthy, communication-friendly atmosphere.

All our communication is conducted online, and we approach each student or client individually.
We provide support to students at any stage of their career path: we help create an interesting response to an order or prepare answers for an interview, we give recommendations when creating cases on our marketplace.
Irina N.:
We have a really cool team of girls, where we work as a single mechanism on current tasks, help each other, support each other, and learn new things.
I am a team leader in this mechanism.
Among my main responsibilities I can highlight the following: supporting the activities of managers, their work, solving more complex high-level tasks that require prompt involvement - holding meetings with partners, customers; also the project functioning of our department and document flow.
We regularly introduce new interesting solutions into our work that are aimed at our target audience.
Difficulties in working with students and graduates
Alexandra: Our work involves difficulties at all stages. The goal is to teach each student to become a self-confident specialist, so that he/she is not afraid to develop his/her personal brand in the external market and implements projects very efficiently and competently.
There are difficulties in communication between a graduate and a customer. We quickly draw attention to problem areas, help the student with answers, prepare him for the interview and help maintain healthy, productive communication.
We don't see it as a problem, it's just part of the job and we're always ready for it.
Irina N.: Now, when a difficult situation occurs, we perceive it as: “Oops, challenge accepted, girls, let’s go!” Then it’s really cool when everything is resolved and we congratulate each other.

Many of our graduates have already found themselves - they have either become part of a cool team in a company or even headed their own.
From the latest cases, which were also encountered in our blog, we will highlight a couple.
Our students Nikita and Anatoly distinguished themselves by successfully completing their studies and starting to take on commercial projects thanks to the Career Center. They were subsequently hired for permanent work at a partner agency, for which they carried out orders.
One of them even became a mentor for our students, being a former graduate himself. Now he helps our guys work with orders.
And Evgeniy and Vadim became the first students to earn a million as part of the payback offer. They received commercial projects, responded to vacancies in other companies and are now successfully working.
