Four initiatives for internal renewal
The four initiatives for innovation and entrepreneurship should together form an ecosystem: each project is a breeding ground for these new organizational skills, the results of each project can in turn provide input to one of the other projects and they can reinforce each other in the concrete development and delivery of new services and products. The initiatives below are still in the idea phase, we are thinking about these four concepts.
With 'The Beloved Studio' we want to literally give start-ups and artists space. azerbaijan mobile phone number list The studio will be a physical part of the Eneco head office where young creatives will be given space, facilities and contacts and where Eneco employees, the start-ups and the artists can exchange fresh ideas.
The aim of this space is to experience, inspire, share knowledge and network, and rethink through fresh ideas and artistic expressions. Through the interaction between young creatives and Eneco employees, we want to achieve that colleagues more often look at things from a different angle and make inventive combinations.
The inspiration for this initiative came from other companies' experiences with start-ups and incubators. The innovation community UP collected the most interesting examples of such start-ups in the paper ' The Startup Revolution: Why It Matters for Corporations '. It focuses on the PlantBottle™ innovation of The Coca-Cola Company: the first plastic bottle that is partly made of plant materials. The case of Sprint, an American company for mobile technology, shows how start-ups and corporations can help each other.
